Is your website secure?
Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter your address, email, phone number or credit card information, we use the latest technology of secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication.
What are the payment options available?
Currently, we support PayPal or Credit Card payments. If you prefer not to provide your credit card information on our page you can alternatively use PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make a payment by entering your credit card details through PayPal by clicking "No PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card".
When using our own credit/debit card payment gateway, you can pay via Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not support Discover cards at the moment. If you want to pay with your Discover card, please use the PayPal payment option.
When using PayPal as external payment provider, you can pay with your PayPal balance OR with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay with your card. There is the option to check out as a guest.
What do you charge for shipping?
You might think we are insane. Yes, we do offer a FREE shipping option, no matter where in the world you are. If you are on a trip in Antarctica, we might have to reconsider though ;-) Additionally, we offer insured shipping for those that feel that the ordered items are too valuable to risk damage or loss. Insured shipping is calculated on a per product basis at Checkout.
Do you provide international shipping?
Same, same. Our free Shipping is offered WORLDWIDE. Yay!!
How do I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team.
Why didn't I get a tracking code?
If you haven't received a tracking code yet, we either haven't shipped your item yet (our processing time is around 2-5 days) or our shipping confirmation email might have landed in your spam folder. If more than 5 business days have passed after purchase and you can't locate the shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we are more than happy to assist.
Why is a shipping fee added to my order although it says 'free shipping' on the product page?
This might happen if you order several product as our shipping fee is calculated on a product basis. Some free give-away include a shipping and handling fees that you still have to pay even if you order another product with 'free shipping'.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate parcels. We have multiple warehouses across the world and in order to get the products to you as quickly as possible you may receive multiple shipments. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. It doesn't mean that we have forgotten about your other items. And don't worry: you will only be charged the shipping fee once for your entire order even if you receive multiple parcels.
When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
What is split shipped?
If an item is not in stock when the order is placed processing will not begin until it has arrived. If you order multiple items the order will be split shipped and items in stock will be sent first; then when the others are in stock they will be sent separately.
Once I've placed my order, how long will it take to arrive?
Most products are shipped from overseas. Most times you will receive your order within 10-20 business days after we transfer your package to the delivery company. We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. If you have ordered different products these might arrive separately as they are shipped from different locations.
Can you cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfilment. Please contact customer service to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.
What is the return policy?
If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 30 days of delivery. Potential Shipping costs are non-refundable. I tried to place an order but I am told that there are no shipping methods available for my cart or destination. What does this mean?
This happens if you try to order more than 10 items (5 for international orders). Please reduce the number of free/promotional items in your cart.
How many free items / giveaways can I order?
Every customer is entitled to 10 (ten) free promotional item only!
